Shipping ETA
​Orders placed by 3 pm Central Standard Time, ship the next day. Orders within our local delivery zones generally deliver the same day as the order ships. Orders that ship via UPS will be delivered within standard UPS delivery times. Orders shipping outside our local delivery zones will be subject to standard UPS, FED-EX, and LTL transit times and may take up to 2 business days to ship. Non-stock items have varying delivery times depending on the item. Please review order confirmation for delivery expectations on all orders.

Please note that a minimum order value is required to qualify for this service and does not apply to residential addresses. For detailed information regarding shipping locations and order minimums, please refer to our Locations Page.
Orders shipped from Elgin, IL warehouse, marked as Free Freight, will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. These orders will be delivered at no cost to standard commercial docks.
Shipping Collect
We are happy to ship via common carrier (LTL) on your account. Please provide your preferred carrier and account number when submitting your order. Please note, only customers that have created an account are offered this option; guest checkout is not available for Shipping Collect. At this time we are unable to ship via UPS or FedEx on your account.
Order Pick Up
Items available for pick up will vary by warehouse. Customer Service will confirm availability at the time of order. Please allow for 2 hours after order placement for your order to be ready for pick up. On your confirmation, you will receive a pick-up number which must be referenced at the time of pick up. Orders not picked up within 3 days will result in a 20% restocking fee. If you are unable to pick up your entire order at once and do not pick up the balance within the same business day, you will be charged a $40 handling fee. Please note, all customer pick ups within the Illinois area are from the ELGIN distribution center.
High-Class Freight
Materials designated as High-Class Freight may have an additional fuel surcharge added to the freight. Any additional fuel surcharges will be communicated prior to shipment for approval. Examples of High-Class Freight include air bubble rolls, air foam rolls, bubble/foam pouches, convoluted foam sets, loose fill, single-face, Instapak Quick, crinkle paper, and jumbo mailing tubes.
Special Delivery Services
Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from the entry point of the designated doorway. Military Bases and Prisons have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.
